Please email us immediately at email@example.com to initiate a return.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY: Please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if you qualify. You must be within the 30 day window of when you purchased. It can take up to 24-48hrs for our team to accept your return request.
Subscription: We only accept returns of the Starter Kits during the first 30 days.
One Time Purchase: For 1 time purchases of both Starter Kits and Dose Bags, the customer can request a refund within the first 30 days.
For our subscription customers, we do accept returns of opened product for a refund only for the first item shipped in the subscription. Any subsequent month after we do not accept opened item returns.
Once approved, we will accept returns of Starter Kits as long as you ship back the Dose Bag, Spoon and Mug and provide tracking info. Because we want to ensure you get to try your starter kit and are happy, you are able to return product opened. After the trial month, anything proceeding must not be opened for a return. You had month 1 to try out the product. Repeat: *After the month 1* if you would like to return Everyday Dose it must be unopened and you must contact us within 30 days of charge to be accepted for a refund.
You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping back the Dose Kit (bag, dose scooper and mug in the original box)
Items returned without prior contact or without return shipment tracking info may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to the address due to customer error is not our responsibility to refund or reship. Please follow exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL INFO (ORDER ID, NAME, EMAIL) WITH YOUR RETURN SO THAT WE CAN PROPERLY IDENTIFY WHO IS MAKING THE RETURN.
CYBER MONDAY/ BLACK FRIDAY/ HOLIDAY SPECIAL: items cannot be refunded.
If the delivery carrier doesn't deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier. We are NOT the delivery carrier and, therefore, are not responsible for undelivered packages. We are unable to reship a package that is not received, as it is the responsibility of the delivery carrier to ensure that the package reaches you.
EVERYDAY DOSEis not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.
Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
