Please email us immediately at email@example.com to initiate a return.
Items returned without prior contact or without return shipment tracking info may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to the address due to customer error is not our responsibility to refund or reship. Please follow exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.
For our subscription customers, we do accept returns of opened product for a refund only for the first shipped of the Starter Kit. Any subsequent month after we do not accept returns.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY: Please contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if you qualify. You must be within the 30 day window of when you purchased. It can take up to 24-48hrs for our team to accept your return request.
Once approved, we will accept returns of Starter Kits as long as you ship back the Glass Vessel, Spoon and Mug and provide tracking info. Because we want to ensure you get to try your starter kit and are happy, you are able to return product opened. For any 30-Serving Dose Bag it must be unopened and you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to be accepted for a refund.
CYBER MONDAY/BLACK FRIDAY/HOLIDAY SPECIAL items cannot be refunded.

MISSING PACKAGE: If the delivery carrier doesn't deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier. We are NOT the delivery carrier and, therefore, are not responsible for undelivered packages. We are unable to reship a package that is not received, as it is the responsibility of the delivery carrier to ensure that the package reaches you.
EVERYDAY DOSE is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.
Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
