If you have placed an order, and then decide that you would like to modify it for any reason, please email us immediately at to initiate a return. If a packing slip has not been created for the order, we can modify or cancel. If a packing slip has already been created, we will not be able to add to the original order.
Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified and this may either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to the address due to customer error is not our responsibility to refund or reship. Please follow exact directions provided by our customer service team in order for your refund to be received and processed appropriately and timely.

For our subscription customers, we do accept returns of opened product for a refund only for the first shipped of the Limited Edition Starter Kit. Any subsequent month after We do not accept returns of opened product for a refund.

If the returned product is open upon arrival, we will not honor any previously approved refund.

We will accept returns of unopened product(s) for a refund if the request is initiated and approved within 30 days from the purchase date.

If the return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label. You will need to print and mail the package back to us. Once the package is received, we will process your refund, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us at to resolve the issue immediately. If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: All return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from your refund, if your return is approved.

MISSING PACKAGE: If the delivery carrier doesn't deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier. We are NOT the delivery carrier and, therefore, are not responsible for undelivered packages. We are unable to reship a package that is not received, as it is the responsibility of the delivery carrier to ensure that the package reaches you. It is the customer's responsibility to read the shipping options before purchase to be informed about which carrier services offer automatic insurance and what the terms of that insurance are.

EVERYDAY DOSE is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. Duplicate orders are subject to all of the guidelines laid out in the Return Policy.

Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.

Open food items and/or supplements that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned. Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting EVERYDAY DOSE prior to the return, will NOT be refunded.

If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.
