Nothing Says Morning Like a Mushroom Coffee Latte
Here's a recipe for a healthy mushroom latte using our
- 1 scoop of Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee+
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1/2 cup of your favorite milk (almond, coconut, soy, or
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- A pinch of sea salt
Brew Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee:
Take one cup of hot water (not boiling) and add one scoop of Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee. Stir well until the coffee is fully dissolved.
Heat the Milk:
In a separate saucepan, heat your choice of milk over medium heat. Be careful not to let it boil; you just want it to be warm.
In a blender, combine the brewed mushroom coffee, heated milk, coconut oil or ghee, cinnamon, vanilla extract (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and a pinch of sea salt.
Blend until frothy:
Blend the mixture on high speed for about 20-30 seconds or until it becomes frothy and well combined.
Pour and Enjoy:
Pour the mushroom latte into your favorite mug. You can sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top for garnish if you like.
