Everyday Dose Giveaway – Official Sweepstakes Rules

I. Sweepstakes Period

The "Everyday Dose September Oura Ring Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on September 6th, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on September 10th, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Everyday Dose, Inc., located at 8015 Burleson Road, Austin, Texas 78744.

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Michigan, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Everyday Dose and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Participants may enter via one of the following methods:

1. Online Entry
    Complete the entry form above and sign up.

2. Mail-In Entry
   On a 3" x 5" card, handwrite:

Mail it in a standard-size envelope with a handwritten return address to, envelope must be received by September 14th, 2025.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household, regardless of entry method. Bulk entries or multiple entries in one envelope will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

V. Prize Details

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Oura Ring (approximate retail value: $399–$499, depending on model). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted on September 15th after the close of the Sweepstakes by employees or agents of Everyday Dose. Potential winners will be notified via email (and/or SMS if applicable) and must respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility, provide a shipping address, and comply with all Official Rules. If a potential winner fails to respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

VII. General Conditions

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Everyday Dose, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize.

IX. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to class action, in the courts located in Travis County, Texas, and governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

X. Privacy

Information submitted by participants is subject to Everyday Dose’s Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, usage, and disclosure of their personal information as set forth therein.

XI. Winner List

To obtain the names of the winners (available approximately [e.g., two weeks after the end of the Promotion Period**]**), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

XII. Sponsor’s Right to Modify

Everyday Dose reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time without prior notice, in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
