SPRING GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE SHORT VERSION

The prize is a "lifetime supply" of Everyday Dose, which is defined as and limited to  a 10-year supply for a total of 120 30-serving bags of Everyday Dose. Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. Offer valid for new subscribers only. Void where prohibited. Entry into the giveaway constitutes agreement to the full terms and conditions.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

During our Spring deal, customers are limited to purchasing one (1) 30 servings Mushroom Coffee + Free Kit at the promotional price of $27. Any attempt to place multiple orders, even in separate transactions, may result in the cancellation of additional orders. Quantities are limited, and Everyday Dose reserves the right to cancel orders that violate this purchase limit. The promotional price is subject to change, and the deal is valid for a limited time. Everyday Dose retains the right to end the promotion at its discretion.

Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. 

Sponsor: The giveaway is sponsored by Everyday Dose, located in Austin, Texas.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 03/01/24 at 00:00 and ends on 07/01/24 at 00:00 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: During the Entry Period, new subscribers who purchase the “Spring Special” for the Starter Kit will receive a 25% discount on their subscription purchase and be entered into the giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Entry Period. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive a "lifetime supply" of Everyday Dose Mushroom Coffee+, which is defined as 120 30-serving Bags of Mushroom Coffee+ dispersed over the span of a 10 year subscription, with shipments occurring twice a year in January and June. The total amount of product provided shall not exceed this quantity. 

Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final. The winner will be announced on January 8th via phone call and email.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the giveaway to address the impairment and then resume the giveaway, or (b) award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, prize partners, agents and agencies, and the officers, directors and employees of each of these, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.

Disputes: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Texas.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy.
