Official Rules — Everyday Dose x Runningman Ticket Giveaway

1. Sponsors

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is co-sponsored by Everyday Dose, Inc., 8015 Burleson Rd, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78744 ("Everyday Dose") and Running Man Festival LLC., ("Runningman"), together the "Sponsors." Runningman is providing the prize described in Section 5. Everyday Dose is administering the Giveaway.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints must be directed to the Sponsors, not Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants must also have reached the age of majority in their state or territory of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) in order to personally execute the releases required under Section 6. An otherwise-eligible entrant who has not yet reached the age of majority in their state of residence may still enter and be selected as a winner, but the required affidavit, liability release, and (where applicable) publicity release must instead be executed by that entrant's parent or legal guardian as a condition of receiving the prize. 

Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entrants must have a valid, public Instagram account in good standing that complies with Instagram's Terms of Use. Private accounts cannot be verified and are not eligible.

Winner must be able to attend Runningman Festival in Rome, Georgia on September 18–20, 2026 at their own expense for travel. Inability to attend does not entitle the winner to a substitute prize or cash equivalent.

The prize provides festival access only. It does not include entry into any race, timed event, or athletic competition at the Festival. Any race participation must be arranged and paid for separately by the winner and is subject to Runningman's own registration, waiver, and eligibility requirements.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. Everyday Dose's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, to receive one (1) entry:

1. Follow @everydaydose and @runningmanfest on Instagram;

2. Like the Giveaway post; and

3. Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the Giveaway post.

Each additional friend tagged in a separate comment on the Giveaway post counts as one (1) additional entry, up to a maximum of five (5) comment entries per person. Tagging brands, celebrity accounts, or accounts that do not exist will not count as a valid entry.

Bonus entry: Reposting the Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tagging @everydaydose in that Story during the Giveaway Period earns one (1) additional entry. The Story must be publicly visible and must remain live until the close of the Giveaway Period in order to be verified. Everyday Dose is not responsible for Story reposts it does not receive or cannot verify.

Maximum total entries per person: six (6).

Entry is available through Instagram as described above, or through the Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE") described below. Entries submitted by email, direct message, or any channel other than Instagram or the AMOE will not be counted.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Entrants who do not have, or do not wish to use, a public Instagram account may enter without using Instagram by mailing a 3" x 5" card with their full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth to: 8015 Burleson Rd, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78744, Attn: Runningman Giveaway AMOE. To be eligible, mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period and received no later than five (5) business days after the end of the Giveaway Period. Each mail-in entry received in compliance with these Official Rules will receive one (1) entry into the same random drawing described in Section 6, on the same terms as entries submitted via Instagram. Limit one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope; mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due entries are void.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries from accounts created solely for the purpose of entering giveaways, are void. Everyday Dose reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes has tampered with the entry process or is acting in violation of these Official Rules.

For purposes of these Official Rules, an entry submitted via Instagram will be deemed made by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the Instagram account used to enter. A potential winner may be required to provide proof, to the Sponsors' reasonable satisfaction, that they are the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the winning entry, and disputes about entrant identity will be resolved by the Sponsors in their sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) festival admission tickets to Runningman Festival, September 18–20, 2026, in Rome, Georgia; and

• One (1) on-site camping accommodation for two (2) people for the duration of the Festival, subject to Runningman's camping terms and site rules.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize: $2,590 USD.

The prize does not include: transportation to or from Rome, Georgia; ground transportation or parking; meals or beverages other than those offered at Everyday Dose's on-site activation; entry or registration fees for any race, timed event, or athletic competition; gratuities; insurance; personal expenses; or any other item not expressly listed above. All costs and expenses not expressly listed as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by either Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and may not be resold, auctioned, or exchanged. No substitution or cash equivalent will be permitted except at Everyday Dose's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of the prize. If the ARV of the prize is $600 USD or more, winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will be issued an IRS Form 1099.

Prize elements are subject to availability and to the terms, conditions, and rules of Runningman, including any rescheduling, relocation, or cancellation of the Festival. If the Festival is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered for any reason, the Sponsors have no obligation to provide a substitute prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by direct message from the @everydaydose Instagram account and announced the same day on @everydaydose Instagram Stories.

Because the Festival begins on September 18, 2026, the potential winner must respond to the notification message within twelve (12) hours of it being sent. If a potential winner does not respond within that window, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide the information described below, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Everyday Dose's sole discretion. Everyday Dose may repeat this process as needed until a winner is confirmed or until it is no longer operationally possible to award the prize.

The potential winner will be required to provide their full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and the full legal name of their guest for ticket and camping registration, and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where lawful) a publicity release, as well as any waiver required by Runningman. The winner's guest must also be eighteen (18) years of age or older and may be required to execute a liability release.

The Sponsors will never ask for payment, credit card information, or account passwords. Beware of impersonator accounts — the winner will only ever be contacted from the verified @everydaydose account.

Tickets and camping credentials will be delivered electronically or via the Festival's will-call process at Runningman's discretion.

All decisions of the Sponsors regarding the administration of this Giveaway, including eligibility, entry validity, and selection of the winner, are final and binding in all respects.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsors' use of the winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses, or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this Giveaway; travel to, from, or attendance at the Festival; camping or overnight accommodation at the Festival site; or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent such claims arise from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the released parties.

Assumption of Risk: Attendance at the Festival, and any related camping or outdoor overnight accommodation, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with outdoor environments, adverse weather, uneven or unfamiliar terrain, crowds, and the acts of third parties. By accepting the prize, winner and winner's guest voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks.

The Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries, including any of the foregoing resulting from an act of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, labor dispute, pandemic, or governmental action beyond the Sponsors' reasonable control (each, a "Force Majeure Event") If, for any reason, including a Force Majeure Event the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, Everyday Dose reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and select the winner from eligible entries received prior to the action requiring cancellation.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Everyday Dose's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.everydaydose.com/pages/privacy-policy-1.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 10 does not apply to, and does not limit any entrant's or winner's rights with respect to, claims for personal injury or property damage arising from attendance at the Festival, which will be governed by the substantive law of the State of Georgia and may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia.

11. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Everyday Dose, Inc., Attn: Runningman Giveaway Winner List, 8015 Burleson Rd, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78744, within ninety (90) days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
