You should typically expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days after it's been shipped.

You can cancel anytime by logging into your account. Just open the subscription you want to manage, scroll to the Billing section, and click Cancel Subscription.
A chat window will open automatically, where a support assistant will ask a few quick questions and can either help adjust your plan or proceed with your cancellation.
Please note that canceling stops future orders only, but won’t cancel any that have already been processed.

If it’s your first order and you're not satisfied, you can initiate a return by contacting us within 45 days of purchase. For any following orders, we only accept returns on unopened products.
